The KCI AtmosAir Stretcher Mattress has been specifically designed to prevent and treat hospital-acquired pressure ulcers on patients who spend time on emergency, recovery, theatre and transportation stretchers.

The AtmosAir Stretcher Mattress offers advanced features to provide clinically effective pressure redistribution and optimised patient comfort:
- Customisable mattress width and length helps provide proper fit on a wide variety of stretcher frames
- Self-Adjusting Technology helps maximise body weight displacement and minimise tissue interface pressure by automatically reacting to body movement, altitude and temperature by adjusting the internal air pressure
- Nine transverse air cylinders provide advanced method of continuous pressure redistribution under the patient’s shoulders, seat and legs
- Firm perimeter provides seating support for the carer or patient
- Sloped heel section helps to transfer weight off the delicate heel area and onto the calf and thigh area of the leg
